Comprehensive Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival (Nairobi Kenya)

Once you arrive at Nairobi you shall be met by an agent of Wildrace Africa who shall brief you on your trip and transport you to your hotel.

Day 2 Amboseli National Park

This day marks your arrival at the Amboseli National Park.

On this day, you shall tour the Amboseli National Park in a spontaneous game drive in the region that is enriched with diverse wildlife ranging from the Cape buffalo, lions, cheetas and leopards at the sight of the tallest mountain in the region – the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro – standing at 19,341 feet above sea level.

You will be hosted at the Tawi Lodge

Day 3 Amboseli National Park

This marks your second day at the Amboseli National Park.

On this day, you shall set out on a full exploration of the Park to experience the diverse wildlife on the mountainside of the Park. These entail herds of elephants, more lions, and the Cape buffalo.

You will be hosted at the Tawi Lodge

Day 4 Tarangire National Park, Tanzania

This day starts with departure from the Amboseli National Park on a trip across the region to the Tangire National Park following a drive to Arusha and a flight to the park.

Experience abundant game viewing the herds of lions, elephants and buffalos that are distributed across the park and enjoy watching a colony of birds hosted within a beautiful landscape across the park.

You will be hosted at the Sanctuary Swala

Day 5 Tarangire National Park

On this day, you will explore the Tarangire National Park in an all-day morning and afternoon game drives on the lookout for elephants, herds of zebras and impalas. At the fall of dusk you have a choice to elect between night drive to experience nocturnal wildlife with specialized lighting.

You will be hosted at the Sanctuary Swala

Day 6 Ngorongoro Crater

On the sixth day of your safari, you will travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation area following departure from the Tarangire area.

On this day, you will be at liberty to customize your day’s activities at your pleasure. This destination provides you with the opportunity to learn the African way of life by affording you the opportunity to experience the native village of Mto wa Mbu’s rice fields and other crop plantation before heading to what shall be your luxurious abode for the next two nights.

Day 7 Ngorongoro Crater

This day marks your second day at the Ngorongoro crater for a ‘Lost World’ experience. It entails an all-day game drive into the Ngorongoro crater to explore the ecosystem at the floor of the crater. In addition to the unique vegetation, the crater also hosts a diversity of wildlife ranging from black rhinos, lions, gazelles, and hyenas. Catch the sign of the diverse wildlife roaming freely into the wild and get lost into the backdrop of the close to 2,000 feet high walls of the crater.

Day 8-10 Serengeti National Park

This day begins with a flight journey to the Serengeti National Park that is set out in the vast Tanzanian landscape across endless plains. The Park plays a host to the world’s remarkable wildlife spectacles. From herds of grazers and browsers that spread across the Serengeti plains at the face of hungry predators that balance off the food chain. The two-day adventure shall entail all-day game drives across the park in a bid to experience the populous wildebeests, herds or elephants and giraffes evenly spread across the plains for an excursion at your pleasure.

Day 11-13 Masai Mara Game Reserve

This day is marked with flight from the Serengeti to the Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya that is situated at the northern extension of the Serengeti Plains. On this day, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive along the Mara River at the sight of immense basking crocodiles and wading hippos and ecstatic monkeys. The two-day experience shall be seasoned with sightseeing experiences of diverse wildlife and watching a staggering more than 400 species of birds gliding across the park’s Acacia woodlands and riverine forest. You may as well elect to enjoy a visit at the Masai village and learn more about indigenous cultures and practices in this part of Eastern Africa.

Day 14 Departure

This day shall mark the end of your tour with a flight back to Nairobi following a leisurely afternoon in a relaxed dayroom awaiting transfer into the airport fort your departure.
