Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve Safari

This a budget 4 x 4 best of Kenya safari adventure exploring the top Kenya National parks and the great Rift valley Lakes trip from Nairobi with a pickup from either airport or your hotel by 08:00 hrs driving along the floor of the great rift valley with a stopover at the viewpoint to take some photos and get the information about the formation of this great rift valley, Lunch en-route arriving in Masai Mara in good time for evening game drive.
The world-renowned Masai Mara highly known for its rich game forms the northern extension of the famous Serengeti Plains full of countless wildebeest, zebra, and water buffalo are guaranteed. Elephant, giraffe, warthog, lion, cheetah, hyena, jackal are also all likely to be seen. The Mara’s numerous antelope species include hartebeest, topi among others. Day 2-3: Exploring the Mara game reserve

Days spent exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big 5 with a possibility of seeing the annual wildebeest migration in Masai Mara. This trip is also best for those who want to take Kenya’s budget safari to include an optional hot air balloon safari which can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 450 per person. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodges
The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe; over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place.
This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures.

Day 4: Masai Mara - Lake Lake Nakuru Tour

Soon after breakfast we shall set off and drive lake Nakuru national park arriving in good time for lunch. In this park, you will proceed for an extensive game viewing in search of cats in this park.
Acacia trees are leopards’ favorite and also we will be in search of Rhino. Nakuru is the home to the White rhinos and has tens of Black rhinos too. Lake Nakuru National park is known for its millions of flamingos and other water birds like the Pelicans and Cormorants.
No wonder America’s finest photographer – Roger Tory Petersen described it as the best photographic Paradise in the World for its seasonally large concentrations of greater and lesser flamingos, Lake Nakuru boasts some 600-bird species. It is also a designated rhino sanctuary, as well as home to other rare wildlife species. Diner and overnight at the Chester hotel.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru - Amboseli Game reserve

Early morning we shall set off with a game drive. The journey continues to Amboseli national park which is one of the most popular wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya. It is situated close to Kenya- Tanzania border, the park lies at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa (5,896m) whose snow-capped summit presents a splendid view on clear days.

Amboseli Park is often referred to as “The home of Elephants’ some of the largest Elephant herds are found here. The Game Park also contains vast groups of Zebras, Wildebeests, Giraffes, Buffalo, Hippos, and Antelopes.

Also to be found in Amboseli are lions, leopards, Cheetahs, Rhinos, and many species of plain gamed through thousands of meters of volcanic rock from Mount Kilimanjaro.
Animal species seen include elephant, zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, impala, and leopard. The birdlife seen here includes pelican, bee-eater, kingfisher, African fish eagle, and pygmy falcon. The rest of the evening will be at Kibo safari camp.

Day 6: Exploring the Amboseli National park

Have your breakfast and then proceed for the full day game drive, on this day you will have packed lunch with you so that you can maximize your game drive for the whole day. Amboseli National Park is located at the foot of Mt.Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain. The snows of the mountain form a majestic backdrop to one of Kenya’s most popular spectacular displays of wildlife – lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, cheetah, buffalo, and host of plains game, creating Kenya’s most sought after photographer’s paradise.

Mount Kilimanjaro is the backdrop of this elephant haven, and you will not be disappointed by this first-class safari experience. You will have no trouble getting up close and personal with these African icons (and a host of other wildlife species), from the safety of your pop-up canopy safari vehicle. Guests will have the opportunity to hike up Observation Hill, providing for an ideal lookout of the plains and swamps below. Meals and overnight at the camp.

Day 7: Amboseli back to Nairobi safari ends with Airport drop off

After breakfast you will have an opportunity to have a walking safari with the Masai Moran in Amboseli, this walk will take you to encounter the wild animals which have created a good relationship with the human in Amboseli, on this day you will also have an opportunity to visit the Famous Kilimanjaro base of climbing from the camp. Thereafter return to the camp for lunch and then leave Amboseli and head back to Nairobi arriving late afternoon with a drop off to the hotel or back to the Airport to catch up with the flight.
