Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

This morning we pick up clients from their hotel and we depart from Nairobi at 8.30 am and drive through the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve.
This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest’s migration and is home of the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, and Rhino.
Lunch at the Lodge/camp and relax before departing for the afternoon game drive. The Mara Game Reserve one of the greatest wildernesses in the world.
Large mammals are varied and easy to see. The wild animals found in the Park’s are Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Eland, and thousands of plain game including Impala, Zebra, both Thomson’s and grants Gazelles. Dinner and overnight at Masai Mara Enchoro budget Tented Camp or similar.

Day 2: Exploring Masai Mara Game Reserve

Full day spent viewing the great predators and explore the parks amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During the stay, we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals.
A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Dinner and overnight at the Enchoro Tented camp.

Day 3: Masai Mara Reserve– Lake Nakuru National Park

Early morning game drive. Then return to the camp for the breakfast and depart for Lake Nakuru National park located in the Great Rift Valley.
After lunch, an exciting game drives until 6.30 in the evening. The Park is home to stunning flocks of lesser and Greater Flamingos, which literally turn the lakeshores into a magnificent pink stretch.
The birdlife here is world-renowned and over 400 bird species exist here, White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets, and Marabou Stork. It is also one of the very few places in Africa to see the White and Black Rhino and rare Rothschild Giraffe. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli National Park

Extensive early morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Then depart for Amboseli arriving in the afternoon. Lunch is provided en-route. Dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Kibo Luxury Tented camp.

Day 5: Exploring Amboseli National Park

Rising early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, we set off for another extensive game drive.
Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including everything from Wildebeest, Giraffes, Baboons. An optional visit to a Masai village is planned after breakfast.
Maasai warriors are famously known as the proud nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battle and single-handed acts of bravery in fights with wild animals are known across the world.
A visit reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.

Day 6: Amboseli - Lake Manyara National Park Tour

Early breakfast then proceed for morning game drives exit the park and, we drive into Tanzania via the Namanga border. We also pass through Arusha to Lake Manyara National park with lunch en route.
Regardless of the direction, we approach Manyara from, the view is always fantastic. We proceed to Lake Manyara Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Lake Manyara is a shallow, alkaline lake that is part of the Rift Valley wall; the lake is at the base of this dramatic western escarpment giving it a beautiful and serene setting. In addition to this peaceful setting, Lake Manyara’s main attractions are its rich birdlife, tree-climbing lions, and its hippos, which you can see at a closer range than many other places.
Lake Manyara also hosts thousands of flamingos at certain times of the year and has diverse vegetation ranging from savannah to marshes and acacia woodland, enabling a variety of wildlife habitats including butterflies.

Day 7: Lake Manyara - Serengeti National park

Breakfast then proceed to Serengeti national park. The game is viewed as we proceed to the Serengeti Luxury tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Lake Manyara provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded. Highlights include thousands of pink-hued flamingos on their perpetual migration, as well as other large water birds such as pelicans, cormorants, and storks.
The park is home to Lion, Hippo, Elephant, Zebra, Buffalo, Giraffe, Baboon, Blue and Vervet monkey, Warthog and more…About 350 species of birds have been recorded.
This small park contains also five distinct vegetation zones thus supporting a large variety of birds and animals. The Manyara National park is also famous for its large flocks of flamingos and tree-climbing lions.
In this park, canoeing has recently been added to the tourist activities this park at extra cost. This is a great way to see the park from a new perspective. Overnight at your lodge (DBL).

Day 8: Serengeti National park National park

Full day spent exploring the park. Dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti Heritage Mid-range Luxury Tented Camp.
Serengeti is Africa’s most famous and Tanzania’s largest park covering 14,736 sq km and is adjoining with the Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya.
With a wildebeest population of about 2 million and several other hoofed species (which include zebra, Thomson’s gazelle, impala, topi, Grants gazelle, Kongoni, Eland, Kirk’s dik-dik, klipspringer, roan, Oryx, oribi, waterbuck, buffalo, giraffe, and warthog).
The Serengeti is sure to attract a string of prey such as lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena, golden jackals, and bat-eared foxes. Elephants are relatively scarce and the few remaining black rhinoceros are restricted to the Moru Koppies area. Serengeti also offers rewarding bird viewing with ostrich and kori bustard being common, a variety of larks, finches, and raptors can be seen but the most distinctive small bird is the lilac-breasted roller.
