July to October is the peak season for the Great Migration river crossings in Masai Mara. January to March delivers spectacular calving season in the Serengeti with outstanding predator activity and quieter lodges. Every single departure is 100% private. Your booking means your Land Cruiser, your guide, and your schedule. We stopped operating shared group departures permanently. If you are booking for 2 people, you will have the vehicle and guide exclusively to yourselves. This is non-negotiable, and it is reflected in every package price.
All park entry fees, all meals (full-board at each lodge), all internal transfers and road transport, your private KPSGA Gold certified guide, a dedicated 4x4 Land Cruiser with pop-up roof and charging ports, all bottled water, sundowner drinks on game drives, and 24/7 emergency support. What is not included: international flights, travel insurance, and gratuities. No surprise invoices on departure. See our full Operating Terms.
For peak season (July–October), we recommend booking 8–12 months in advance, as premium lodge rooms and private conservancy slots fill quickly. Mid-season departures (Jan–March, Nov–June) typically require 4–6 months lead time. Last-minute availability does occasionally arise — join our mailing list for alerts on released spots.
